Masters Degree in Management Practice This 2 year Masters Degree Learning Programme is a unique opportunity to study the latest theories & thinking, leading to a Master of Arts Degree in Management Practice accredited by Leeds Metropolitan University.
There are 3 learning elements to the programme · Leadership in Organisations leading to an Advanced Diploma in Managing (40 pts) · Specific Individual Learning Modules leading to completion of two learning contracts (40 pts) · Research Methods Module and Dissertation Module leading to a Master of Arts Degree in Management Practice (100 pts) Total Points 180
The programme has been designed to fulfill the following objectives: · Provide a Leadership Learning Programme, which focuses on issues facing leaders in today’s chaotic working. · Facilitate the development of leadership knowledge, skills and competencies in order to exploit opportunities and lead change. · Provide an academic journey in which enables successful students to gain a Post Graduate Diploma (in year 1) and a Master of Arts Degree (in year 2).
Duration The 3 learning elements will consist of 2 day workshops per month. 1.00pm – 8.00 pm (Some Saturdays Possible)
